The attached ad commemorating the tragic 46th anniversary of the brutal invasion of Cyprus by Turkey will appear in the Washington Times on Monday, July 20th.
We are asking all organizations, friends and supporters to utilize this ad in local newspapers, magazines and other media channels. After 46 years of Turkish occupation of one third of the Island, the Republic of Cyprus, member of the European Union and a strong ally of the United States, Israel and Greece, continues to fight for Freedom and Justice.
As American citizens, we are disappointed and outraged that no credible pressure or sanctions have been placed on Turkey.
