He also stressed that one important aspect of the memorandum is the support of the new generation of Greek Diaspora.
On his part, Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for Diaspora Greeks, Antonis Diamataris stressed that “the memorandum aims to further reinforce the cooperation of Greece and Cyprus on the field of Diaspora, by focusing on neuralgic areas of cooperation –such as the fields of education, culture and arts– and also on the youth, which represents the future of our people and our nation”, he said.
