The competent Office for the implementation of the Programme is the Office of the Presidential Commissioner / Service for Overseas Expatriated Cypriots, supported by the Cyprus Youth Organization and funded by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth.

The purpose of the programme is to bring third and fourth generation children back to their roots, to learn about the Cypriot culture, to speak and listen to the Greek language and the Cypriot dialect, to visit historical and religious monuments and sites and to get in touch with our cultural heritage, customs and traditions.
